Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, events or large-scale operations.
• Experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar operational leadership position preferred.
• Strong team leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a large-scale, fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work independently and make decisions during operational incidents.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery across the venue.
• Lead shift operations, manpower deployment and resource coordination.
• Support the smooth execution of events and respond to operational requirements.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors and event organisers.
• Handle customer feedback, escalations and service recovery.
• Conduct operational inspections, shift briefings and handovers.
• Take charge of operational incidents and emergencies during assigned shifts.
• Prepare incident reports and other operational documentation.
• Guide and support frontline employees to maintain service standards.
