Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Lead End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide advanced technical support and lead the implementation and maintenance of EUC systems in Singapore. The role demands leadership, strong communication, and the ability to guide a team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery.

You will manage complex tickets, deploy hardware and software, ensure security and disaster recovery, and report on system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in IT.
8+ years working in IT with 5+ years in a leading position.
Experience supporting end-user computing environment with >1000 users.
Experience in large-scale migrations or upgrades of end-user computing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Lead the deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems; perform acceptance testing.
Monitor and optimize the performance of end user computing systems; enforce security measures and audits.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Mentor and guide junior EUC engineers; develop training materials and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed system documentation.
Engage business partners and users; manage stakeholders with regular communications.
