SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead End User Computing Engineer to guide advanced EUC support, deploy and maintain systems, and mentor junior engineers for Singapore Health Services centers. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and cross-team collaboration.

The Lead EUC Engineer will oversee complex tickets, system migrations, and continuous improvements across hardware, software, and mobility platforms while delivering clear performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in IT.
• At least 8 years in IT with 5 in a leading position.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience supporting end-user computing environment with > 1000 users.
• Experience in large-scale migration or upgrading projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Apple iOS and Android.
• Able to support 24/7 standby.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead deployment and integration of new hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and optimize performance; enforce security; disaster recovery planning.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior EUC engineers; foster collaboration.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
