Job summary

Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building Management & Facilities professional to deliver operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance across campus facilities.

The role focuses on managing services, leading contractors, and ensuring safety and reliability of building systems in a dynamic media campus environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, statutory knowledge, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in building management or maintenance is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in building management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of building statutory requirements.
• Fire Safety certification or Green Mark certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of building management and facility services.
• Manage predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems.
• Oversee all aspects of building function and facilities.
• Lead and manage contractors/vendors and/or a team to upkeep the building.
• Manage defects to minimise disruption to the company core business.
• Manage building occupant/tenant/vendor and contractor relationships.
