Job summary

Mediacorp Campus Singapore is seeking a Building Management professional to oversee facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support daily operations. You will coordinate maintenance teams, supervise contractors, and drive safety programs across the campus.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead a team to maintain high building standards and regulatory adherence. This position is based on-site at Mediacorp’s campus in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Building management or Building maintenance or related field
• 5 years of working experience in building management / maintenance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory role is preferred
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of building statutory requirement
• Fire Safety certification, Green Mark Facility Manager/Green Mark Manager certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the delivery of building management and facility services
• Manage and execute the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems / facilities / equipment within Campus
• Able to manage all aspects of building function and functionality of the facilities/services
• To lead and manage contractors/vendors and/or a team to upkeep the building through regular/routine inspection/maintenance and all regulatory compliances
• To manage defects and rectification to prevent/minimise disruption to the company core business
• To manage the team/building occupant/tenant/vendor and contractor
