Job summary

Ang Mo Kio Town Council (AMKTC) invites a capable Assistant/Property Manager to join our estate management team. You will lead a team of Property Officers, oversee maintenance, engage residents and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations across AMKTC estates.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Real Estate or Facilities Management and 3–5 years of leadership experience in township properties. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to deliver excellent services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience with leadership in township properties/operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Property Officers to manage public and commercial facilities and common areas.
• Oversee property upkeep, tenant/resident feedback, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage division administration and cost controls.
• Engage residents and stakeholders to plan improvement projects and upgrades.
