Job summary

DBS Asia Central in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate to lead equity platform initiatives within the Consumer Banking Group. You will support end-to-end delivery, partner with business, technology and design teams, and help optimise trading journeys across regional markets.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strong knowledge of equities, and the ability to translate requirements into concrete deliverables within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience or strong knowledge of wealth investment products, esp. equities.
• Solid IT/platform exposure, preferably with banking/wealth platforms such as Avaloq.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives and projects for equity/wealth platforms in Agile settings.
• Collaborate with business, technology and design to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Review journey flows, screens, and specifications to align with requirements.
• Develop artefacts: plans, workflows, diagrams; maintain UAT with testing teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and training within SLA timelines.
