is seeking an experienced Securities Dealing Lead to oversee daily dealing activities and lead a team of securities dealers across equities and other products, with a focus on accurate trade execution. The role requires strong knowledge of SGX rules, MAS regulations, and trading platforms, plus the ability to collaborate with regional Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to support client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the securities dealing team, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of client orders across equities and other securities products.
• Oversee daily trading activities, monitor dealing exposures and ensure compliance with trading limits, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to support seamless trade execution and client servicing.
• Review and enhance dealing processes, trading platforms and internal controls to improve execution efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members while supporting business initiatives and the development of regional dealing capabilities.
