Job summary

Dada Consultants is seeking a securities subject-matter lead in Singapore to own the end-to-end securities offering, ensuring trading and MAS regulatory soundness while enabling relationship managers and clients.

You will collaborate with product, technology and compliance teams to take the business from build to live, supporting HK and US equity trading capabilities and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• CMFAS qualifications for securities dealing.
• Hands-on experience in Singapore securities dealing, trading support or a related client trading function.
• Solid knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for brokerage and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the securities business in Singapore, driving the launch and continuous improvement of Hong Kong and US equity trading capabilities.
• Define business requirements from a dealing and regulatory standpoint, support testing and business acceptance, and collect post-launch feedback to refine the offering.
• Act as the in-house expert on MAS-regulated brokerage requirements, working with local compliance to keep processes sound, including trading controls, client protection and order handling.
• Enable relationship managers by training them to explain securities products to clients, and engage clients directly where needed.
• Set up dealing support processes such as order handling and issue escalation.
• Manage and support one dealer, with the team expected to grow as the business scales.

About our client

Our client is a leading wealth management group listed in the US and Hong Kong, serving high-net-worth families globally for over 20 years. With its overseas headquarters in Singapore, the group operates a digital wealth management platform that combines advisory services, multi-asset access and AI-powered tools. It is now building out its securities capabilities in Singapore, with a focus on Hong Kong and US equities.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, business-facing role and the local securities subject-matter lead in Singapore. You will make sure the securities offering works end to end: sound from a trading and MAS regulatory perspective, usable for relationship managers, and valuable for clients.

This is not a pure execution desk role, and it is not a product management or engineering role. You will bring the trading and regulatory expertise, and work closely with product, technology and compliance teams to take the business from build to live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the securities business in Singapore, driving the launch and continuous improvement of Hong Kong and US equity trading capabilities

Requirements

• Relevant CMFAS qualifications for securities dealing
• Hands-on experience in Singapore securities dealing , trading support or a related client trading function
• Working knowledge of Hong Kong and US equities , including trading workflows and client needs
• Solid understanding of MAS regulatory requirements for brokerage and the trade lifecycle
• Experience in platform launches, new feature rollouts or digital brokerage enhancements is a strong advantage
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, technology, compliance and sales teams
