Job summary

WEBULL SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations professional to handle end-to-end trade settlement for securities, mutual funds, and options, including corporate actions.

You will verify trade accuracy, manage settlements, and resolve failed trades with a focus on timely processing and compliance. The role involves data analysis, process improvements, and participating in system testing and SOP updates to support scale and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of operations or back-office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic coding, AI adoption, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with process mapping or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end trade settlement and corporate action processing.
• Verify accuracy of securities and trade transactions; ensure timely settlements.
• Review trade matching reports and resolve failed trades.
• Ensure sufficient funding for settlements.
• Analyze data to suggest enhancements for new products and platform improvements.
• Participate in project initiatives and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Validate back-office system functionality via UAT and refine SOPs.
• Assist in system testing and workflow redesign to improve efficiency.
