Job summary

AWS Singapore is seeking a Technical Account Manager to deliver consultative architectural and operational guidance, helping customers maximize value from AWS. You will work with cloud technologists, participate in mentorship, and pursue AWS certifications as the team expands in Singapore.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers, driving customer success and technical outcomes across diverse enterprises.

Qualifications

5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
5+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.
Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).

Responsibilities

Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers.
Maintain operational health of AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusting relationships by understanding business needs and challenges.
Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Consult with partners from developers to C‑suite executives.
Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers.
Identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
Provide post-sales, consultative expertise and detailed service reviews.
