Job summary
OCBC Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Job Scheduling Platform Engineer in Singapore to support the engineering, governance, and continuous improvement of our scheduling services. You will manage scheduler infrastructure, on-board workloads, and ensure high availability and security across enterprise environments.
You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable scheduling solutions, drive automation, and uphold regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise job scheduling, workload automation, platform engineering, or related infrastructure services within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting mission‑critical production services and platforms with high availability, resiliency, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in one or more enterprise workload automation or job scheduling platforms is advantageous (e.g., Control-M, HCL Workload Automation, Automic Automation, or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise scheduling platform engineering.
- Own platform lifecycle, availability and resiliency.
- Drive standardisation and operational excellence.
- Support workload onboarding and platform transformation.
- Strengthen security, risk and regulatory compliance.
- Govern processes and change implementation.
