Job summary
OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Testing Engineer to safeguard the stability and availability of our test environments, spanning networks, storage, OS, middleware and databases. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with Application and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents within SLA.
The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and continuous improvement through automation and AI-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems and enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of Test Environment governance, masking, and audit controls.
- 3+ years of experience with middleware, databases, OS, scripting, virtualization, and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage Test Environment monitoring and incident resolution.
- Produce daily environment status reports.
- Ensure stability across networks, storage, OS, middleware and databases.
- Lead change management and downtime communications.
- Explore MVP AI-enabled initiatives in Test Environment.
