Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to ensure production stability across Wealth Management applications. The role requires handling user queries, incident management, and collaboration with Risk/Regulatory teams to deliver reliable fixes and system changes.

You will support front and back-office processes, participate in testing and training, and contribute to a resilient, secure banking platform with a focus on continuous improvement and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Credit Risk, Regulation, & Finance applications.
• Hands-on with Java/J2EE, .Net, SAS, and database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to front or back-office operations and systems.
• Work with stakeholders in Risk, Regulatory & Finance to resolve issues.
• Resolve production incidents with focus on root cause and permanent fixes.
• Participate in release management, testing, and change deployment.
