Job summary

IPOS International seeks a service‑minded professional to join the Enterprise & Ecosystem Department. You will help plan, promote, and execute high‑quality service delivery to improve customer experience across IPOS International’s programmes and platforms.

The role involves reviewing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and using technology to resolve issues, while developing enterprise assistance programmes and supporting cross‑department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Service-oriented and adept at dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Keen interest in technologies for enhancing business operational efficiency and customer/user experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in formulating and implementing programmes, preferably in innovation or IP.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the service delivery team planning, promoting, and executing quality service delivery to enhance customer experience.
• Review customer service processes to meet evolving needs.
• Work with stakeholders to use technology for resolutions and implement initiatives to improve service experience.
• Develop and administer enterprise assistance programmes.
• Support engagement efforts with key business stakeholders in marketing programmes to help enterprises grow in intangible assets.
• Support ad-hoc department or cross-department initiatives or projects.
