Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Customer Success professional in Singapore who will help government and public-sector clients maximise value from our data and platforms. You will manage a portfolio of large clients, drive onboarding and adoption, and work with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success for government/public sector clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio of large, complex clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with APIs or data concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture proactive relationships with assigned clients to support adoption, satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver onboarding experiences ensuring clients are set up for success and understand value.
• Develop engagement strategies to drive adoption and platform utilization.
• Provide expert support via email, calls, and in-person meetings.
• Analyse usage and engagement trends to align solutions with client objectives.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records including engagement plans and health indicators.
• Assess customer health and renewal probability and address risks.
