Zusammenfassung

Arcfra Inc. is a Customer Support Engineer-focused role delivering advanced technical support for customers operating Arcfra’s enterprise cloud and hyperconverged platform.

You will own complex issues across virtualization, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, and platform operations. This role requires strong incident ownership, collaboration with Engineering and Product teams, and the ability to guide customers through high-severity incidents, upgrades, migrations, and DR

Qualifikationen

5-8+ years of enterprise technical support or infrastructure engineering experience.
Hands-on production experience with virtualization, private cloud, HCI, storage, and data-centre operations.
Experience managing incidents under defined SLAs and escalation processes.

Aufgaben

Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support for Arcfra customers in Singapore and region.
Take ownership of complex issues from investigation to resolution and RCA.
Diagnose across compute, storage, networking, backup, DR, and platform operations.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to reproduce defects and validate fixes.
