Job summary

UnlockLand is seeking an experienced Account Executive to grow our enterprise and public-sector business in Singapore. You will develop and manage relationships with major government agencies, statutory boards, and property developers, guiding opportunities from discovery to contract.

This full-cycle role requires an active network in Singapore's built-environment sectors, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate client needs into practical AI-enabled planning

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience in Singaporean markets.
• Active and verifiable network within government, statutory boards, property development or infrastructure sectors in Singapore.
• Existing relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience opening enterprise accounts and advancing opportunities through long sales cycles.
• Experience leading opportunities from discovery and POC through procurement and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in professional English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Singapore government agencies, statutory boards, property developers and infrastructure organisations.
• Connect UnlockLand with decision-makers and senior stakeholders (URA, JTC, HDB, LTA, GovTech, CapitaLand, etc.).
• Create qualified enterprise and public-sector opportunities from existing relationships.
• Lead discovery meetings and translate needs into practical product or AI-enabled planning solutions.
• Design POCs and pilot projects; develop business cases and commercial proposals.
• Own the commercial process from initial contact to procurement and signed contract.
• Navigate enterprise procurement processes and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines.
• Represent UnlockLand professionally at client meetings and industry events.
