Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the engineering execution of major building construction, upgrading, industrial machinery installation, and mechanical engineering projects from inception through successful completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, and technical specialists to achieve project performance, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide high-level technical direction on engineering designs, construction methodologies, mechanical systems, equipment integration, and complex project requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, calculations, and project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Strategically manage project resources, engineering schedules, procurement requirements, budgets, and manpower to optimise delivery and maximise operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality, safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards throughout all engineering and construction activities.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, authorities, and key stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and maintain seamless project progression.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, business development, technical innovation, cost optimisation, and the delivery of high-value engineering projects.
