Job summary

MUN SIONG ENGINEERING LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary teams across E&I, mechanical, civil and process disciplines, ensuring designs meet project objectives and client requirements.

You will review drawings and calculations, coordinate procurement, construction and commissioning input, and drive safety, quality, and documentation through ongoing progress reporting. Mentoring junior engineers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related).
• PMP or project management certification is an advantage.
• Professional engineering certification is a plus.
• Discipline-specific technical certifications are preferred.
• 7–12 years of engineering experience in EPC or industrial projects.
• 2–5 years in a senior or supervisory engineering role.
• Strong experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across E&I, Mechanical, Civil and Process.
• Coordinate daily engineering activities across disciplines.
• Support execution plans and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review drawings, calculations, and specifications for consistency.
• Monitor progress and provide input for procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Assure safety, quality and compliance in engineering outputs.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
