Job summary

You will lead the project team, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety standards. This senior role requires strong leadership, planning, and commercial awareness, with experience in civil, architectural, and M&E

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 8–12 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Proven experience as Project Manager for main contractors.
• Experience in industrial building projects (factories, warehouses, logistics).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, cost control, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety, and quality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and control of industrial projects from start to finish.
• Develop master schedules, procurement plans, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works with stakeholders.
• Manage safety, QA/QC, and site logistics to meet standards.
• Administer contracts, variation orders, and cost control with commercial teams.
• Drive timely handover with complete documentation.
