Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking an experienced professional to oversee Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning through completion. The role ensures a safe and conducive Environment of Care for patients, visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times.
• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects.
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities.
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners.
• To implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system.
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen.
• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts.
• Perform shift coverage when required.
• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates.
• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas.
• Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation

The Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
