Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects and the maintenance of existing structures and facilities within healthcare settings.

You will supervise outsourced partners, drive preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable operations. The role emphasizes building plans, improving system reliability, auditing performance, and managing contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in contract management and procurement management

Responsibilities

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
• Implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates
• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas
• Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in Project Management in Healthcare Industry
• Experience in contract management and Procurement Management
