Job summary

Worq AI is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning through completion. You will drive R&R initiatives, supervise preventive maintenance by external partners and develop plans to improve reliability of systems.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, support for audits and accreditation, and a degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of project management

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and procurement management.
• Experience in high-technology manufacturing or healthcare environments is a plus.

The Opportunity

Taking the role to oversee and management Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times

The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible To

• Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
• Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of current and new facilities
• Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
• Implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders
• Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
• Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
• Develop plans at all levels, write report / papers and provide project updates
• Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas
• Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation
• Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Project Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in contract management and Procurement Management
• Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
