Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an AT Automation & Change Management Engineer to enable, deploy, and sustain factory automation across Micron’s Assembly & Test network.

You will act as a SME for system, process, and automation, translating manufacturing requirements into scalable IT solutions while ensuring reliability and governance across sites. The role emphasizes collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams, leading automation initiatives and sustaining improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronic/Data Science) or Engineering-related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High level of self-motivation and good teamwork and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
• Define and translate process, equipment, and automation requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and review automation system requirements including tool automation, AMHS, stockers, and ASRS interfaces.
• Support system change management, including UAT, issue resolution, and deployment.
