• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and related fields.
• Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives to eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, HBM/PWF areas.
• Validate touchpoints onsite and propose improvements to reduce manual steps.
• Develop and deploy scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive end-to-end redesigns to remove manual touchpoints upfront.
• Govern programs and scale proven solutions across Global AT sites.
• Collaborate with partners to align initiatives and roadmaps.
