BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior M&E Engineer to lead mechanical and electrical coordination on large-scale building projects in Singapore.

The role involves overseeing M&E works, coordinating with sub-contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely delivery in line with safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on major Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical works per drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise M&E sub-contractors to meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on M&E matters.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, materials and submissions.
• Monitor site progress, resolve M&E interfaces with architectural and structural works, achieve milestones.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and handover per authority, safety and quality rules.

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week
Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,500 (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience inbuilding construction projects.
• Strong experience in M&E coordination, siteexecution, subcontractor management and project delivery.
• Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor inSingapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on major Healthcare, Residential,Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects will beadvantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore constructionpractices, M&E authority requirements, inspections, testing andcommissioning processes, with strong coordination and technical problem-solvingcapabilities.
