BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced M&E Engineer to join a leading A1 contractor on large-scale Singapore projects.

You will coordinate mechanical and electrical works, review shop drawings, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors to meet programme, quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in M&E coordination, site execution and project delivery.
• Experience with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and M&E coordination, with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical works per drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with M&E subcontractors and monitor site works to meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on M&E matters.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, material and technical submissions.
• Monitor site progress and assist in resolving M&E interfaces with architectural and structural works.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and handover while ensuring compliance with authority, safety and quality requirements.

Position: M&E Engineer
Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week
Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 (Highly Negotiable)
Project Types: Newly Awarded Building Construction Projects
Project Location: Singapore

• Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and M&E coordination, with good communication and technical problem-solving capabilities.
