Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant M&E Manager / Deputy M&E Manager to lead and coordinate M&E works across building construction projects in Singapore.

You will work closely with the M&E Manager and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Role involves planning, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, reviewing shop drawings and technical docs, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects, including senior M&E coordination/engineering.
• Experience with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.

• Assist the M&E Manager in planning, coordinating and managing M&E works across building construction projects.
• Lead coordination with M&E subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Salary: Up to SGD 9,500 (Highly Negotiable)

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in M&E project delivery, subcontractor management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Experience on major Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or other large-scale building projects will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, M&E authority requirements, testing, commissioning and handover processes, with good leadership and technical coordination capabilities.
