Job summary

WINMAX Integrated PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Project Engineer/Manager to lead M&E installations in semiconductor environments. You will coordinate site meetings, manage timelines, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure drawings and specs are followed.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on M&E experience, strong communication, and the ability to assess cost implications of variations. Safety certificates and a vendor network are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with M&E systems in factory environments, including piping and cables.
• Background in semiconductor industry and general construction M&E works is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive and highly communicative.
• Safety certificates (BCSS, WAH) are advantageous.

Job Scope:

• Project management, site meeting, and coordination.
• Engineering & technical study, identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications.
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Experience in M&E contracts, documentation, and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be an advantage.
• Undertake Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories, Chemical systems.
• Experience in the Semiconductor industry, design/knowledge of general construction M&E works, is an advantage
• Independent individual with a drive to make things work.
• Highly communicative and Self-motivated individual.
• More experience and suitable candidates can consider for the higher position.
• Possess relevant safety and work certificates (BCSS, WAH) is an advantage
