Chooose seeks a Senior Engagement Manager for Singapore to lead APAC customer operations and manage day‑to‑day relationships with major enterprise customers in aviation, energy, and logistics. You will enable them to build high‑integrity SAF programs on the Chooose platform, from implementation to long‑term success, aligning with regional priorities.

You will collaborate with the broader Customer team, shaping how Chooose adapts its products and processes to serve APAC markets and drive adoption

Qualifications

• Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
• Ability to drive customer success from onboarding through go‑live and ongoing adoption.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills for APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships with APAC customers and partners.
