Job summary

Chooose is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager based in Singapore or Japan to lead APAC customer relationships for SAF programs. You will own day-to-day relationships with enterprise customers, guide implementations, and shape regional product strategy. Travel within APAC and occasional US/Europe may be required.

The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, a strong background in SaaS/customer success, and the ability to operate across time zones with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in management consulting, SaaS implementation, enterprise customer success, or enterprise project management.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across organizations.
• Fluent English and professional Japanese; willingness to travel within APAC and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key enterprise APAC customers with focus on aviation, energy, and logistics sectors.
• Oversee end-to-end SAF program delivery and KPI tracking with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop APAC regulatory and market knowledge to guide product and customer strategy.
• Collaborate to identify expansion opportunities and provide structured product feedback.
• Refine the customer operations playbook and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and BD.
