Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Digital Engineering Lead to own day-to-day platform delivery and uplift. You will work with the Head of Digital Enablement APAC to convert roadmaps into actionable plans and to drive the rollout of policy administration and claims platforms across APAC.

You will lead four platform/architecture leads, enforce technical standards, and foster AI-assisted development tooling while ensuring timely delivery and architecture governance across squads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud-native engineering with Azure and .NET at production scale.
• Experience leading platform or architecture teams.
• Brownfield migration experience without breaking live systems.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or regulated B2B digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate the technical roadmap into an executable APAC plan.
• Lead policy administration and claims platform rollout across APAC.
• Run cross-squad engineering programmes including security and AI tooling.
• Lead platform and architecture leads; ensure standardisation and reuse.
• Enforce APAC Digital standards and production readiness.
• Develop engineering capability through coaching and tooling.
