Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager in Community Engagement, Partnerships & Culture Development. You will help build a vibrant ONE Changi community across the airport ecosystem, engaging with partners and staff through programs, recognitions, and campaigns.

You will shape engagement strategies, manage events, analyse feedback, and craft stories that celebrate service excellence while embedding initiatives across operational units.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in quality service management, communications, community engagement is advantageous.
• Excellent English writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to build an engaged airport community, including community leaders.
• Review and administer recognition and engagement programmes to remain relevant and impactful.
• Analyse engagement trends, participation data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements.
• Organise and execute awards, appreciation and engagement events and campaigns.
• Develop stories and communications that celebrate achievements and strengthen the ONE Changi community.
• Support learning initiatives by planning and delivering customised programs for staff service excellence.
• Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to embed initiatives across the airport community.
• Keep abreast of trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
