in Singapore is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering Lead to own day-to-day platform delivery and uplift the technical capability that drives faster, more reliable partner delivery. You will align the roadmap with the Head of Digital Enablement APAC, lead the rollout of policy administration and claims platforms across APAC, and guide platform and architecture leads while ensuring security and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on cloud-native engineering with Azure, C#/.NET and TypeScript.
• Experience leading platform or architecture teams.
• Proven track record modernising brownfield environments without outages.
• Able to translate technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or regulated digital contexts.

Responsibilities

• Translate the technical roadmap into an executable plan.
• Lead the technical rollout of policy administration and claims platforms across APAC.
• Run cross-cutting engineering programmes across squads and partners.
• Lead the four platform and architecture leads day-to-day.
• Enforce APAC Digital’s technical standards and governance.
• Develop engineering capability through coaching and tooling.
