Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr Engagement Manager for the Frontier Engineering team in Singapore. You will own the full cycle from opportunity creation through scoping, contracting, delivery and growth, serving as a trusted advisor balancing customer outcomes with cloud data strategy.

You will partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and delivery leadership to identify services opportunities, scope engagements, author proposals and SOWs, and drive deal reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role or equivalent
• Proven track record of KPIs such as bookings utilization and consumption in delivery
• Experience negotiating with CxO to VP level across sales, delivery, product and partners

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly bookings, consumption, and utilization targets across assigned accounts and region
• Identify services opportunities, scope engagements, write proposals and SOWs
• Manage bookings forecast tied to customer outcomes such as revenue growth and faster Time to Value
• Design and refine the delivery roadmap for key accounts and manage risks
• Escalate and overcome delivery challenges with stakeholders
• Oversee project financials, including revenue forecasting and cost control
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guide overall service delivery vision
• Manage operational relationship with clients and track relationship roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status, issues, risks and goals
• Develop long-term account plans and data cloud roadmaps; design co-delivery models with partners
• Lead practice improvements: templates, risk review, assets, Cortex AI workflows
• Mentor delivery consultants and drive governance through QA and health checks
