Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Services Delivery or equivalent for enterprise projects.
• Track record of KPIs like bookings, utilization, or consumption.
• Experience negotiating with CxO to VP stakeholders across teams.
• Direct experience in data warehouse, BI, or cloud data platforms.
• Able to translate business goals into platform solutions and discuss constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own Frontier Engineering quarterly bookings, forecast, and region targets.
• Lead opportunities, scope engagements, prepare proposals and SOWs.
• Own project financials: revenue forecasting, cost control, margins.
• Design and refine delivery roadmap for key accounts and manage risks.
• Mentor delivery consultants and drive governance and QA.
