Snowflake in Singapore is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager for Frontier Engineering to drive growth and successful delivery within customer environments. You will own bookings, forecasts, delivery roadmaps, and client relationships, coordinating with account teams, solution engineers, and partners to secure outcomes and value.

The role requires 10+ years in sales/services delivery, strong stakeholder management, cloud data experience, and the ability to translate business goals into Snowflake

Qualifications

10+ years in sales/services delivery for enterprise projects.
Proven KPI delivery in a delivery organization.
Experience negotiating with CxO to VP levels across teams.
Experience in data warehouse, BI, or cloud data platform space.
Strong business and technical literacy; translate goals into platform scenarios.

Responsibilities

Own quarterly bookings, consumption, and utilization targets across accounts/region.
Partner with Account Execs, Solution Engineers, and delivery leadership to scope engagements and proposals.
Own bookings forecast across the Book of Business with clear customer outcomes.
Design and refine delivery roadmaps for key accounts; manage risk, schedule, cost, quality.
Serve as escalation point; drive decision-making in difficult situations.
