Job summary

Willis Towers Watson Singapore is seeking a client-facing broker within the Energy and Mining team. The role involves setting client strategy, delivering optimal outcomes, and broking into Asian insurance and reinsurance markets, coordinating with global placement teams in London and Dubai.

The successful candidate will negotiate terms with market leaders, complete placements, and structure placement programmes, while collaborating with engineering, risk and claims specialists across Asia.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant experience and qualifications.
• Strong execution ability and management of time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Client facing and market broker in Energy and Mining.
• Set client strategy and deliver optimal outcomes.

• Structure insurance/reinsurance placement programmes and develop broking strategies around client requirements.
