WTW is seeking a seasoned Insurance Broking Leader to drive strategy and placement for client accounts across Asia. You will support RFPs with market knowledge, design optimal placement structures, and collaborate with relationship directors and retail offices to secure favorable terms.

You will oversee renewals, new business, and coverage changes, while coaching brokers and delivering executive-level presentations to clients. A degree and ACII or equivalent are highly regarded.

• Degree-qualified in any discipline.
• ACII or country-equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic broking environment.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing capabilities.
• Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of company strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead the broking strategy and placement for individual accounts, including new business and renewals.
• Support new business RFPs with market knowledge, placement structures, pricing and market relationships.
• Collaborate with client relationship directors, industry leaders and retail offices across Asia.
• Provide leadership and direction for broking activities to meet client expectations.
• Oversee new business placement, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage.
• Develop, review and deliver proposals to secure and expand relationships.
• Analyze information to assess client risk for market placement and optimal solutions.
• Research and evaluate insurance and alternative solutions to design best-fit programs.
• Provide coverage design advice, gap analysis, and recommendations for program improvements.
• Build partnerships with market stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
