Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, system administration, information technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5–7 years hands-on systems engineering managing heterogeneous endpoint fleets (macOS, Linux, Windows) in enterprise environments.
Advanced proficiency in JAMF Pro, Shell scripting, Python, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Linux desktop administration.
Certified Jamf Pro Admin (CTA/CCA) or equivalent Apple/Linux professional certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Architect and manage cross-platform endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Administer JAMF Pro, Landscape, and Intune to maintain device configurations and enrolment.
Coordinate OS lifecycle roadmaps, major version upgrades, and hardware refreshes.
Ensure security alignment with EDR deployment and disk encryption on macOS/Linux.
Monitor agent health and performance; drive UX improvements.
