Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on systems engineering managing heterogeneous endpoint fleets (macOS, Linux, Windows) in enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in JAMF Pro, Shell scripting, Python, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Linux desktop administration.
• Certified Jamf Pro Admin (CTA/CCA) or equivalent Apple/Linux professional certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage cross-platform endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Administer JAMF Pro, Landscape, and Intune to maintain device configurations and enrolment.
• Coordinate OS lifecycle roadmaps, major version upgrades, and hardware refreshes.
• Ensure security alignment with EDR deployment and disk encryption on macOS/Linux.
• Monitor agent health and performance; drive UX improvements.
