Job summary

IITMATRIX PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to own the day-to-day technology experience of our employees in Singapore. The role covers macOS fleet management with Jamf, Google Workspace administration, and workplace infrastructure including meeting rooms, printers, and Wi‑Fi.

You will troubleshoot issues from first principles, document assets, and ensure a well-maintained, patched fleet. Independent workers who take pride in reliability will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in end user support or corporate IT.
• Deep macOS expertise including OS-level troubleshooting and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for policy delivery, configuration, and asset management.
• Experience administering Google Workspace at the enterprise level.
• Ability to diagnose problems from first principles and maintain well-documented assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for macOS devices across procurement, enrollment, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Manage Jamf Pro policies, profiles, and self-service workflows.
• Own zero-touch provisioning via ADE/DEP and Apple Business Manager.
• Patch OS and apps, enforce FileVault and manage baselines.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, warranty, and stock levels in Jamf.
• Administer Google Workspace, mail routing, Drive sharing, and Room resources.
• Support meeting rooms, AV devices, printers, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
• Provide after-hours support for events or migrations.
