HSBC Life in Singapore seeks an Employee Relations Advisory Lead to manage unions, negotiate collective agreements and advise management on ER matters. The role operates in a hybrid work model with close collaboration among HR, Legal and senior leadership to address sensitive cases and organisational changes.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, experience with Singapore employment law, and a proven track record in workplace investigations and ER risk mitigation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with HR experience in financial services or insurance.
• Experience engaging with trade unions and managing collective agreements.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling misconduct.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations and TAFEP guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement.
• Familiarity with HR systems and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships and regular engagement with trade unions; act as the key contact for union matters.
• Support collective bargaining negotiations and implementation of collective agreements.
• Advise management on union-related matters and Singapore employment regulations; manage grievances and disputes.
• Support organisational changes, restructuring and workforce transitions with union engagement.
• Work with HR Business Partners, Legal and senior management on sensitive ER matters.
• Identify ER risks and ensure compliance with agreements, policies and regulations.
• Handle disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations and workplace harassment complaints with proper documentation.
