Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Events & Employee Experience Operations Lead to plan and deliver employee events, travel, mobility, and related programs.

The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, employee experience, travel operations or similar roles.
• Strong ability to coordinate vendors, suppliers and multiple activities.
• Knowledge of event planning, logistics and scheduling.
• Experience with corporate travel arrangements or mobility processes is a plus.
• Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with procurement processes and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operational activities for employee events and experiences.
• Manage multiple event actions and resolve issues for smooth delivery.
• Support employee travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
• Collaborate with travel providers and internal stakeholders on bookings.
• Coordinate with Global Mobility on visa and immigration where required.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, process guides and user-support materials.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, transfers and employee milestone initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor management.
• Procure event and employee-experience services through approved suppliers.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure, with regular reporting.
