Job summary

BW LPG in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR & Workplace Experience professional to deliver employee engagement initiatives, manage HR operations, and support cross-functional projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with employees, managers, and external partners to ensure smooth HR processes, office services, event logistics, and a positive workplace experience while upholding operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, workplace/office administration
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a keen interest in HR and workplace experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Ownership and coordination of the Employee Engagement Survey
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement and workplace initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including company events, team-building activities, and other employee activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, communications, and administrative arrangements to ensure smooth execution of employee initiatives.
• Partner with BW Group Facilities and external vendors on office maintenance, workplace services, office improvements, and facilities-related matters.
• Oversee office supplies and workplace services, including pantry, stationery, printing facilities, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements.
• Act as the Office Crisis Management Lead and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, HR documentation, records, and HR-related queries.
• Coordinate HR vendor services and contracts, ensuring timely renewal, service delivery, and payment.
• Support HR systems and process improvements, including migration to new HRIS and other HR operational initiatives.
• Support cross-functional HR, workplace, and business initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR and workplace processes, service delivery, and employee experience.
• Provide operational and ad-hoc support to the HR team and undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
