Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks an Electrical Tendering Lead in Singapore to drive technical design, cost estimation and tender submissions for future projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards, and delivering competitive bids.

The role involves coordinating with consultants and suppliers, leading the engineering team, and supporting growth through successful project delivery from the Commonwealth office with Tengah project sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, tendering and cost estimation in M&E or construction.
• LTA project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore electrical standards, codes and tender specs.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, cost analysis, price negotiations and value engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring of engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and cost estimation for future projects.
• Provide engineering support to ensure ongoing project delivery.
• Ensure tender designs and submissions meet project specs, codes and standards.
• Prepare accurate, competitive tender submissions to win projects.
• Conduct cost analyses, supplier evaluations and market research to optimise bids.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, developers, owners and suppliers.
• Analyse market trends and opportunities to support growth.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to maintain high technical standards.
