Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Tendering Lead to head technical design, cost estimation and tender submissions for future projects in Singapore.

You will ensure designs meet project specifications, standards and codes while driving cost optimisation and competitive bids. You will also lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, design, tendering, and cost estimation.
• Experience delivering LTA projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore electrical standards, codes, and tender specifications.
• Proven experience preparing technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, cost analysis, price negotiations, and value engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership of engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and cost estimation for the company's future projects.
• Provide technical engineering support to ensure the successful execution of ongoing projects.
• Ensure engineering designs and tender submissions comply with project specifications, relevant standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially viable tender submissions to secure new projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, supplier evaluations, market research, and price negotiations to optimise tender competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, architects, developers, building owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities to support business growth and future project planning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team while ensuring high technical standards and quality deliverables.
