Job summary

GAIN CITY ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Sales Director / Senior Manager (Electrical) to lead sales of Electrical solutions. You will identify new opportunities, drive sales efforts, and manage client, contractor, and project stakeholder relationships.

You will oversee sales targets, coordinate projects, review engineering drawings, and ensure that electrical projects meet client expectations and industry standards while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline; LEW certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry practices and codes.
• Proven sales leadership with track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, develop partnerships, and support business development.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch to potential clients.
• Build client relationships and profile target accounts for growth.
• Negotiate contract terms and oversee project execution.
• Study electrical drawings and perform basic engineering calculations as needed.
• Plan work schedules, allocate resources, and manage manpower for projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet project requirements on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and risk assessments by in-house and outsourced teams.
• Provide progress updates and submit proposals and reports to management and clients.
• Lead and mentor sales team, engineers, and workers to meet goals.
