You will identify opportunities, drive sales efforts, and manage client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects meet client expectations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include market development, contract negotiation, and coordinating with in-house and outsourced teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership with track record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of electrical industry practices and codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams and projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, manage partnerships, and implement processes to support business development.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for Electrical related projects.
• Build strong client relationships, profile target accounts, and gather market insights.
• Negotiate contract terms, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Study engineering drawings related to Electrical designs and perform basic engineering calculations when necessary.
• Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for Electrical related projects.
• Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders to ensure timely and within budget delivery.
• Ensure in-house teams and outsourced contractors adhere to safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Follow up on project progress and prepare detailed documents, proposals, and sales reports.
